About me

Thank you for dropping by…

Welcome to my little haven, where I get to share what I love with the world.

Career wise, I am that staunch face officer on deck… a second officer in command on board the merchant navy foreign going ships, a marine pilot at the Kenya Ports Authority.

Socially, I am that ever smiling, loud girl with the flashy lipstick always in the company of those she loves.

As for family, I am a daughter to the worlds greatest parents and a sister to two gorgeous ladies and a handsome lad. not forgetting an aunt to the most adorable niece, and a Godmother to the worlds cutest baby 🙂 Amor.

My journey in fashion is not one that started just the other day, growing up, I would stare at well dressed ladies in awe, anticipating for the day I would have my pay cheque and feed my fashion desires. Ironically I was blessed immensely with a career that got me that pay cheque but has zero fashion sense. from Monday to Friday I am accustomed to uniforms and when the monotony is broken its overalls, my sophistication in heels replaced by oversize pair of safety shoes and those hats I’d die for, replaced by brightly colored helmets, leaving me with weekends to flash out all my fashion skills though it has never been enough to quench my thirst for fashion thus I decided to venture into a fashion blog!

here I get to fulfill the desires of my heart.

As for blogging, writing has always been the lover I never had, it is the one place I found peace.  I was initially just a blogger but now I decided to join both my passions and see what comes forth, thus the birth of Amor.

hope you enjoy it…xoxo
